There are several ways for you to get to your luxury beach condos; if you are coming from the new Liberia International Airport, all you need to do is jump in your vehicle and simply follow the road signs indicating “Hacienda Pinilla”, which is a famous resort in Playa Avellanas. It should take you no longer than one hour to get there, and once you see Hacienda Pinilla, you will be at Avellanas.

The exact location of our Costa Rica real estate project is to be found to the north of Playa Junquillal; or you can also access Playa Avellanas through one of the most popular cities in our country Santa Cruz, there you will find not only great restaurants; but also the best souvenir shops in Costa Rica lands. From Santa Cruz just take the road to Liberia and follow it until you get to Paraiso, when you get to the Paraiso soccer field, simply take the right exit and follow the road sign to Playa Negra, and from there on to Avellanas.

If you are coming from our capital city of San Jose, we suggest you to take the Pan-American Highway towards Alajuela, and enjoy the beautiful sights until reaching the Juan Santamaria Airport(The primary airport in Costa Rica, about a 20 minute drive away from most major hotel and accommodations in the central Valley.). From the Juan Santamaria Airport, simply keep heading straight on the road and brace yourself for a 4 hour trip filled with breathtaking sights of Costa Rica’s natural life, while you journey to the city of  Liberia; there all you need to do is follow the same route from Liberia to Playa Avellanas specified above.

Finally, if you are at sunny Tamarindo, just take the road to Villa Real, then to San Jose de Pinilla and straight to the best real estate project in Avellanas.
